The City of Littlefield is considering applying to TDA - Office of Rural Affairs under the Planning and Capacity Building Fund of the Texas Community Development Block Grant Program. Accordingly, the City is seeking to contract with a qualified planning consultants to assist in applying and, if funded, in fulfilling contractual compliance with TDA.
